Max builds on the same foundation as the rest of the range and adds nutrition to it. Five parts working together:

• Charged biochar – a porous carbon lattice with an enormous internal surface area. It arrives already inoculated and biologically active, giving microbes a permanent home to live in, hold moisture and oxygen, and keep cycling nutrients season after season.
• Fish hydrolysate – feeds the biology with amino acids, fats and sugars.
• Molasses – a readily available carbon and sugar source that gives the microbial population an early energy boost.
• Seaweed tonic – feeds the broader microbial community, the same step up you get in BioCharge Boost.
• Soluble NPKS blend – a water-soluble nutrient charge for an immediate, plant-available response, carrying 9.0 N, 0.65 P, 2.1 K and 9.0 S plus amino acids and trace elements.

The reason it works as a fertigation product rather than just another liquid fertiliser is the biology underneath it. When the soil biology is established, more of the applied nitrogen is taken up by the plant instead of leaching away, the way it can with straight urea. You get the nutrition hit without as much of the waste.

The high sulphur load makes it particularly well suited to onions, garlic, brassicas and kiwifruit, which all respond to sulphur.

Application method: apply as a fertigation or soil/pasture spray using standard equipment suitable for biological liquids. Ground application only, no stock stand-down.

What's the difference between Max, Boost and Fungal Feeder?

BioCharge Fungal Feeder is the base – charged biochar, fish hydrolysate and molasses, no seaweed, so the fungal networks establish first. BioCharge Boost adds a seaweed tonic to push a balanced soil further. Max is Boost plus a soluble NPKS nutrient blend, for when you need targeted nutrition as well as the biology.

Should I start with Max?

Only if you need the nutrition. For most operations the place to start is Fungal Feeder, to get the soil biology working first. Max is for growers who want biology and plant-available nutrition in one pass, once they know they need the feed.

Why not just use urea?

Because more of the nitrogen actually gets used. With the biology established underneath it, the plant takes up more of what you apply rather than losing it to leaching, which is a common issue with straight urea. You're feeding the crop and the soil at the same time.

Which crops is it best for?

The high sulphur load makes it well suited to onions, garlic, brassicas and kiwifruit. It also suits any cropping system with high nitrogen demand through the growth spurt.

Do I need to keep stock off after applying?

No. There's no stock stand-down with Max. It's a ground application only.
