Just want you to know that I am super impressed with the speed, professionalism and friendliness that was evident for my first purchase from your firm (Rachael you were wonderful thanks). Though I am not a big customer of yours, one thing I would like to thank you for your prompt response(s) to my questions or text messages. I am very much impressed with your customer service as well as the quality of your products. Recently I bought some products (for a couple of hundred dollars from another company) and emailed them some questions regarding the products I bought from them but they went silent after one response. The email was sent to their territory manager with a follow-up and the owner as well one after the other but they didn't bother to respond. Perhaps I am a small customer and of no value to them. Unfortunately Rainbow and Brown doesn't manufacture those products but for sure I am not going to buy from them either. Once again thank you so much

I have just purchased some Grassmate and it seems that is the best option. We spray small lifestyle blocks and more often than not we are boom spraying on properties where the owners are trying to establish pasture from the grass that is growing on the clay.
