This website is operated by Rainbow & Brown Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rainbow & Brown Ltd. Rainbow & Brown Ltd offers this website, including but not limited to; all information, tools and services available from this site to you, (the user), conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
By visiting this site and/ or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”, “Terms”). This includes those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, or content contributors.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using or accessing the content of our website. By using or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this website or products and services, without express written permission by us.

Products and Services
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or service at any time.
We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products or services.
Certain products or services may be available only online through the website or only via some other sales channel such as direct purchase. These products or services may be limited in quantity.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales or even refuse sales of our products or services to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Existing Trading Account Customers
If you are an existing customer that has a trading account with Rainbow & Brown we place your invoice on the carton with the product or email a copy of the invoice.
Payment is due 20th of the month following for approved accounts, and you can send a cheque or pay using a direct payment to our a/c No 12-3155-0066374-00. The bank account number is also on both your invoice and statement. We post or email statements out in the first week of each month.
New Customers
Generally for new customers, we would ask that you make payment when placing your order online. If you meet the requirements for a trading account then give us a call and we can discuss this with you.
Delivery
We try to send your order within 24 hours (1 working day). Delivery will usually take between 1 and 4 days. If it hasn't arrived after that time, call us so we can track it down for you. Delivery of orders of 50 litres or less will probably be to your door, including rural delivery addresses. However, delivery of larger orders will be to the nearby freight depot or drop-off point we will arrange with you when you place your order
Returns
Unless we have delivered the wrong product it is difficult for us to accept returns due to the nature of the product. If you change your mind and the product has not been opened we may be able to let you return the product and of course if we send the wrong product we will arrange to get this swapped over for your as long as it hasn't been opened.
Product quality is tightly controlled due to the legislation around registered ACVM products such as herbicides so it is very unlikely that there will be quality issues but if you think there is then give us a call and discuss and if appropriate we can arrange to have the product, together with the retention samples from the same batch tested.
Warranty
We guarantee the specification of the products we supply but in the event that you think there is a problem then please give us a call and discuss. We will meet all the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act (if applicable) and we will do our best to solve your problem. We want you as a customer in 20 years' time.
As we have no control over the usage of our products and there are so many other variables involved we offer no performance guarantees on any agrichemicals. Please ensure you read and adhere to the instructions and advice on the label, and if applicable the leaflet supplied with the product
Errors and Omissions
While we do our best to maintain the site and ensure accuracy of data and information provided we are only human and will make mistakes. We will endeavour to correct mistakes as quickly as is practical.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
