Though I am not a big customer of yours, one thing I would like to thank you for your prompt response(s) to my questions or text messages. I am very much impressed with your customer service as well as the quality of your products. Recently I bought some products (for a couple of hundred dollars from another company) and emailed them some questions regarding the products I bought from them but they went silent after one response. The email was sent to their territory manager with a follow-up and the owner as well one after the other but they didn't bother to respond. Perhaps I am a small customer and of no value to them.
