Orders under $225 (incl. GST) incur the following charges:

The small pack rate applies to certain products only. Some liquids cannot be sent in bags, and weight restrictions apply. If your product qualifies, this lower rate will automatically appear at checkout.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited and can only be accepted under specific conditions.
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
We can accept returns where:
You’ve changed your mind, and the product is new, unopened, and in original condition
We’ve sent the wrong product, and it remains unopened (we’ll arrange a replacement)
Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or partially used products.
Returns may be made by mail or in store
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to approved change-of-mind returns

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
Refunds will be issued less any applicable restocking fee.
Many of our products are controlled under ACVM (Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines) legislation, making quality issues highly unlikely.
