Looking for a weedkiller for thistles. Cobber herbicide controls difficult to kill thistles, including California thistles, nodding and winged thistles, and large rosette and multicrown variegated and nodding thistles.
Can be used alone, or added to 2,4-D or MCPA, at as little a 100-200ml per hectare, to extend thistle control to include those that are becoming increasingly resistant to herbicides (slender winged thistles and nodding thistles including multicrown and California thistles).
Cobber will also control a range of broadleaf and other weeds, including Bathurst bur, daisy, dandelion, medics, Onehunga weed, oxeye daisy, yarrow, ragwort, cape daisy, and others.
Cobber is not to be used for treating turf that will be mown and the clippings used for making compost; or made available for collection for, or deposited at, a municipal green waste recycling centre. It is also not to be used for lawns or home gardens.
APPLICATION RATES: 1-2L in 100-200L water per hectare, or 100-200ml per 100L for spot spraying.
